About Affiliation

For taken the affilation of institutes belows are manadatory

  • Person of society desirous to run the college, in person or one of the executive members shoud have the knowledge of Para Medical Field.
  • For seeking affliation, apply on prescribed application form, available from Head Office for Rs. 1000/- by hand or Rs. 1100/- by post payable by D.D. in favouring "Swami Vivekanand Education Group" Payable at Lucknow.
  • After receiving the duly filled application form, organization will decide proceed for the affiliation and may ask to deposit inspection fee as per information booklet and inspection schedule.
  • After receiving inspection fee organization inspection committee will inspect the site and premises of the College / Institutes building.
  • On the report of inspection committee, organization will direct the management committee of the college, to set up laboratory, library, office and classroom according to the norms given in the information booklet.
  • After deposition of affiliation fee and fulfillment of legal formalities, organization will issue the affiliation certificate to the institutes.
  • Affiliated Institutes is bound to follow all the directions, rules and regulations of organization, which are communicated to them at the time of afflation and from time to time, Violation will be dealt by board disciplinary committee.
  • Institutes one affiliated from organization will not seek affiliation for any other Organisation / University, in the mid of the session, if it does so, it is liable to pay compensations of Rupees 5 lakh for the same.
  • Affiliation will be for one year provisionally and depending on performance of institute may be renewed for further one year, or may be provided permanent affiliation.
  • If the organization de-affiliates the institute organizing committee, organization will undertake the Institute managing committee till further arrangement. This is to prevent agony in the students.
  • Any permission form state/ Local authorities. if required, has to be obtained by institute. Organization is not responsible for the same, although the organization will inform the local authorities the establishment of Institute by registered post.
  • All disputes will be in Lucknow Jurisdiction only.

NOTE : Reservation of seats as per Hon’ble Supreme Court decision and State Govt. Policy. The Division of seats into various categories will be based on the present guidelines given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India for professional course of study i.e., 50% free seats, 35% payment Seats, 15% NRI/Management Seats. The “Rule of Reservation” will be based on Uttarakhand Government’s  order. In case, seats remain vacant after expiry of the date of admission, they will be reverted back to the General Category and reverted candidate has no right to claim those seats.
